Delivery & returns
Everything is made to order, so please allow 2–3 working days for me to make your order before it’s posted. All orders go by Royal Mail from Frinton-on-Sea, and I currently post to UK addresses only.
Postage options
You choose your postage at checkout. Most items fit through a letterbox as a Large Letter; a few bigger items (such as glow sticks with packaging) go as a small parcel.

*Untracked 2nd and 1st Class are available on orders up to £10. Digital downloads have no postage – you get your files by email straight after payment. Delivery times are Royal Mail’s targets from the day of posting, not guarantees (except Special Delivery).

To arrive before Christmas, please order by the date below for the postage you choose. These allow for making time and Royal Mail’s recommended last posting dates.

Royal Mail can be busy in December, so the earlier the better! Digital downloads can be ordered any time.
Lost or late post
If your order hasn’t arrived, please email me. For tracked services I’ll check the tracking with you. For untracked post, Royal Mail asks us to wait 15 working days before an item counts as lost – after that I’ll remake and resend it or refund you.
Returns & refunds
Please check your spelling and details carefully before ordering – I make each item exactly as it’s typed at checkout.
If something is wrong – it arrives damaged, it’s faulty, or I’ve made a mistake – please email me within 30 days with your order number and a photo. I’ll replace it or give you a full refund, including postage. This doesn’t affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Digital downloads start straight away once you’ve paid, and at checkout you agree to lose the 14-day cancellation right for them. If a file doesn’t work or doesn’t match the description, email me and I’ll fix it or refund you.
