1. About me
This website is run by EnchantedCraftCave, a small business based in Frinton-on-Sea (full trader details are at the bottom of this page). Email: [email protected]. These terms apply to every order placed on enchantedcraftcave.co.uk. Please read them before ordering.
2. Your order
When you pay, you’re making an offer to buy. Our contract starts when I email you your order confirmation. If I can’t accept your order (for example if an item is unavailable or the personalisation isn’t something I can make), I’ll let you know and refund you in full.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include everything except postage, which is shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are handled securely by Stripe; I never see or store your card details. If a price is clearly wrong by mistake, I’ll contact you before making your order.
4. Personalisation
I make each item using the exact text and details you give at checkout, so please check spellings, names and dates. I can’t accept responsibility for mistakes in the details you provide. Please don’t ask me to include anything offensive, or anything you don’t have the right to use (such as other people’s logos or characters) – I may decline or refund those orders. Colours can look slightly different on screen than in print, and because items are handmade, small variations are normal.
5. Delivery
Making times, postage options and Christmas dates are on the delivery & returns page. Items are your responsibility once delivered to the address you gave.
6. Cancellations, returns and faulty items
Personalised items are made to your specification, so the usual 14-day right to cancel doesn’t apply to them once I’ve started making them. Your statutory rights for items that are faulty, damaged or not as described are not affected – see the returns section for how to get a replacement or refund.
7. Digital downloads
When you buy a digital product (PNG designs or Canva invitation templates) you ask me to give you access straight away and agree that you lose your right to cancel once the download link is sent. Download links work for 30 days.
Licence for digital designs
- You may use the designs for personal projects, and to make physical items that you sell yourself (for example stickers, cups, t-shirts or cards), as part of your own handmade products.
- You may not share, resell, give away or redistribute the digital files themselves, in whole or in part, or claim the designs as your own – including selling them as digital files, printables, clipart, sublimation transfers or in design bundles.
- Copyright in all designs stays with EnchantedCraftCave.
8. Discount codes
Discount codes can be used once per email address unless stated otherwise, can’t be exchanged for cash, and can’t be applied after an order has been placed. I may withdraw a code at any time.
9. Reviews and photos
If you leave a review or upload photos, you allow me to show them on this website and on my social media alongside your first name and last initial. Reviews are checked before they appear, and I won’t publish reviews that are offensive or unrelated to the product.
10. Liability
I’m responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of me breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. I’m not responsible for business losses, as my products are for domestic and private use. Nothing here limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
11. The law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring claims in your local courts. If there’s ever a problem, please email me first – I’ll always try to put things right.
